Space Kit
Space Kit is an all-in-one hardware and software solution that includes pre-configured hardware with Spatial's powerful software making it easier than ever for commercial customers to rapidly deploy immersive soundscapes in any space. Its purpose-built speakers were developed together with Sonance's James Loudspeaker, marking one of the first speakers designed specifically for immersive audio applications, sold in groups of four towers, each with three addressable speakers covering low, medium and high frequency ranges to envelop small- to medium-sized spaces in a balanced soundfield, and shipped complete with cabling, amplifiers and optional wall or ceiling mounts to keep installation quick and simple. On the software side, each kit comes pre-configured with Spatial's real-time Reality engine and access to a library of hundreds of soundscape variations, organised into collections such as retail, office and healthcare scenes, drawing on decades of research from Spatial and its creative content partners, with the option to combine Space Kit with Spatial Studio for fully bespoke, brand-specific sonic experiences.

Space Kit comes from Spatial, an immersive audio company founded in 2017 by Calin Pacurariu, among others, dedicated to bringing immersive technology into real-world commercial environments such as retail stores, offices and hospitals. The product was previewed in November 2022, built on years of lessons from custom immersive audio installations that had scaled from a handful of speakers in small spaces to hundreds across combined indoor and outdoor environments, with the explicit goal of packaging that experience into something commercial customers could deploy themselves in minutes rather than months. Space Kit officially launched for delivery in March 2023 from Spatial's base in Scottsdale, Arizona, positioned as an affordable, turnkey alternative to fully custom immersive audio projects for wellness, healthcare and workplace settings.
